Previous Teaching

University of Colorado - Colorado Springs
College of Business

As a tenure-track assistant professor, I served as the course coordinator for one of our core courses in the College of Business (Integrated Skills for Management). This included supervision of all faculty members teaching the course, mentorship of adjunct faculty, and a complete overhaul of the course’s content and delivery. I also developed and launched all-new undergraduate and graduate courses on conflict management and negotiation. My teaching interests included more human resources focused content (such as Labor Relations and Legal Issues in HR).

COlumbia Business School
Management Division

As an adjunct assistant professor, I taught several sections of Managerial Negotiations - an extremely popular course at CBS. As a highly collaborative course, I received mentorship from several full-time faculty members and had the opportunity to team-teach a special session with faculty from Columbia Law School.

Princeton University
Department of Psychology

I began my teaching career as a graduate student at Princeton University. As an Assistant in Instruction (AI), I supported full-time faculty in introductory psychology, statistics, and cultural psychology courses. I also served as a statistics tutor for undergraduate senior thesis projects.
