How to apply?

Applying to our program is easy!

Application materials include:

  • Resume and personal statement

    • Be sure to focus on the reason why you are drawn to I/O Psychology, your previous work experience (this can be formal employment, volunteer work, club leadership)

  • Two letters of recommendation

    • Definitely give your letter-writers some advice - they should focus on your readiness for graduate school, your skills/competency, and your fit for the field of I/O Psych

  • Complete transcripts

    • You’ll need to submit your transcripts from every institution from which you’re earned credits… for some people, this is just one college transcript, but for others you may need to send multiple undergraduate and even some graduate-credit transcripts

Following receipt of all these materials, your application is reviewed by me, the director of the program. I will reach out to you to schedule a 30-45 minute Zoom interview, which is the final step of the application process. Applicants typically receive a formal decision email within one week of the interview.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so you can apply at any time of year! We look forward to hearing from you.
